Gain definition and strengthen your heart while working out to music from the Caribbean and Brazil. We use bodyweight, resistance bands, discs, 1-2 simple choreography etc. to build a lean physique. Workout routines are changed intermittently to keep your muscles guessing and boredom at bay. Modifications are provided for individual needs so that you control the intensity.
